Biography »Kelcey D. Lehrich is the Managing Director for Confidential Business Sale, a business advisory firm working in business sales and acquisitions, franchising, and exit planning.

Prior to joining Confidential Business Sale Kelcey spent several years at FranchiseInc!, nation-wide, boutique franchise consulting and development firm. In addition to advising business owners on divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, and franchising, Kelcey also serve the local business community in his role as the Executive Director for AmSpirit Business Connections in Cleveland.

Biography »Justin’s career in the Wealth Management industry began in 2008 with UBS, a venture that eventually brought him to AXA Advisors in 2011. His focus is to build personalized strategies for each of his clients, either individual or corporate driven, based on their goals, dreams and aspirations.

He has obtained FINRA Securities Registrations Series 7, 31 & 66 in addition to his life and health insurance licenses. Additionally, he has completed the mandatory curriculum to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ through DePaul University, his MBA from Cleveland State University and his Bachelors degree in Economics and Finance from Ashland University. This broad education has allowed him to take a holistic view of his clients profile serving their needs ranging from estate and business planning, to retirement, college and multi-generational wealth planning.
Justin is an active member of his near Westside Cleveland Community, through his involvement with a number of organizations: Director of Business Development - AmSpirit Business Connections Cleveland, Foundation Treasurer for Rocky River Kiwanis Club, Member of the Rocky River Chamber of Commerce and Board of Directors for the Ashland University Alumni Association.

He enjoys spending his free time attending Cleveland sporting events, playing basketball, golfing and spending time with friends and family in the greater Cleveland area.
