In 2005, Joe moved to Columbia, SC and worked as a pre-press operator for a large local commercial printer before assuming his current position as the Plant Manager for the state’s largest in-plant printing and graphic facility. In 2020, Joe and AmSpirit franchise owner Bryan Sirak (also a recent transplant from Ohio) formed the Palmetto Chapter of AmSpirit Business Connections. Their hope is to form more chapters in and around the Midlands.

Joe is a 25-year U.S. Army Veteran with tours in both Iraq and Syria. He has been married to his wife, Elena, for 38 years and they have two grown daughters and two grandsons. He enjoys time with his family and playing golf.
