In the beginning my search for a home was overwhelming and anything but fun. I never thought it would happen for me - not in a house i wanted. Then Chads was referred to me through a friend. From the first he was so helpful, knowledgeable, open to helping me in spite of my "wants" vs what I could afford. He drove anywhere regardless of distance if there was a house i really wanted to see. Over time he helped me chisel down my vision so I could actually "see" what it was I wanted. He diplomatically opened my eyes to things i should learn to see (pretty windows vs structural issues.) He was honest, hard working, negotiated so well on my behalf. I trust him and anyone who works with him will be able to trust him as well. I found my home and I have no doubt I owe it all to God and Chads
