Any existing or new Chapter with 15 or more members as of December 31st of any year, or any existing or new Chapter that has had a net growth of 3 or more members during the year is eligible to participate to achieve any one of the following Outstanding Chapter levels:

Outstanding Chapter Gold: Successfully complete all seven (7) Outstanding Chapter Activities (see details Activities) by year-end. Chapters who are successful in earning this designation will get Awards:

Outstanding Chapter Silver: Successfully complete any five (5) Outstanding Chapter Activities (see details Activities) by year-end. Chapters who are successful in earning this designation will get Awards:

Outstanding Chapter Bronze: Successfully complete any four (4) Outstanding Chapter Activities (see details Activities) by year-end. Chapters who are successful in earning this designation will get Awards:

Awards

In January of next year, AmSpirit Business Connections Headquarters will send a press release to the appropriate publications in the Chapters area detailing the Chapter's achievement;

Throughout all of next year, AmSpirit Business Connections Headquarters will make a notation by the Chapter's name on the website indicating that the Chapter's Outstanding Chapters status;

In January of next year, AmSpirit Business Connections Headquarters will send to the Chapter for each member of record a name badge attachment indicating that the member is affiliated with an Outstanding Chapter and the Chapter will receive an appropriately colored medallion to affix to its Referral bucket.

Outstanding Chapter Activities

Chapter Newsletters: The Chapter shall produce a monthly Chapter newsletter via AmSpirit Business Connections headquarters each month during the calendar year.

Cross Chapter Referrals: As documented on the Chapter's monthly newsletter, the Chapter shall generate each year no less than two (2) cross-Chapter referrals per Chapter member on average (based on membership at the beginning of the year).

Area Wide Functions: The Chapter shall have representation at AmSpirit Business Connections area-wide events no less than once per calendar quarter.

Chapter Growth: As documented on the Chapter's monthly newsletter, the Chapter shall:

Generate no less than two (2) guests per year per member on average (based on membership at the beginning of the year); OR,
Be responsible for at least ten (10) new members to any Chapter or Chapters of AmSpirit Business Connections.

Periodic Director Training: The Chapter shall have its Director (or other AmSpirit Business Connections official) conduct training in lieu of a Chapter program no less than once per calendar quarter.

Officer Orientation: The Chapter shall have at least two (2) elected officers represent it at an Officer Orientation sponsored by AmSpirit Business Connections or have its Director conduct Officer Orientation in lieu of a regularly scheduled Chapter meeting.

Leadership Conference: The Chapter shall have at least one (1) representative at the Annual Leadership Conference or similar leadership event sanctioned by AmSpirit Business Connections.
